Help I need this change done URGENTLY! Has it ever happened to you that you need a change done yesterday. Its these times that the Digital Phenom standard 24 hour turn around is just not good enough. Well we now have a way to help you.
We have added two faster levels of service. The first is Urgent service. Urgent items can be called in our sent by email. In an email just put the word Urgent in the subject line. For these items we will stop what we are doing and take care of it.
The other level of service is Priority. Priority service items will be taken care of that business day. Once again for this level of service please just include the words Priority in the subject line.
The cost for Urgent service will be $115/hr and Priority will be $100/hr.
